Delete your RampReady account

You can request permanent deletion from inside RampReady or by email. There is no fee.

Request from the app

  1. Open RampReady and select Profile.
  2. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
  3. Select Request Account Deletion and confirm the email request.

Request from the web

  1. Use the button below to email us from the same email address used for your RampReady account.
  2. Keep the subject RampReady Account Deletion Request.
  3. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Email deletion request

What is deleted: your RampReady authentication account, saved favorites, community reports associated with the account, and uploaded report photos associated with those reports.

Timing and limited retention

We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Some limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Any retained information is isolated from normal app use and removed when the applicable need or backup cycle ends.
